If you are an adherent of a healthy diet, an athlete or just want to lose weight (maintain weight), then this recipe will definitely come in handy. In summer it is a real find – an easy, low-calorie, healthy dish, because salmon contains only useful proteins and fats, and vegetables – useful proteins and carbohydrates.
To prepare a salmon steak with grilled vegetables, prepare the foods on the list. Vegetables wash, dry. Salmon steaks are also gently washed and dried with a paper towel.
Steaks salted and pepper, leave for a couple of minutes.
At this time cut the vegetables in circles. In a dry frying pan fry the vegetables for several minutes on each side. Start with aubergines.
Next fry zucchini. Do not cook vegetables for long, they should remain crisp.
Further we add mushrooms, cut in half, and half of onion entirely.
Cherry tomatoes are also laid out entirely, they should be slightly charred from both sides.
Frying pan is not mine, we wipe it with a paper towel.
We reduce fire and also on a dry frying pan (salmon – a rather fat fish) we prepare salmon steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side. Inside, the steaks should stay pink, and the sides should not be too fried, they need to grapple slightly.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into two pieces, cut a half of onions into thin slices.
Add fresh greens (with fish, dill fits well). Pour in the oil, soy sauce and white balsamic (wine) vinegar. Salt vegetables, pepper, mix and allow a few minutes to marinate. After a while, try to taste – if necessary, add vinegar to taste or salt.
Salmon steak with grilled vegetables is ready. A delicious and healthy lunch or dinner is ready.
