Sauce: Soy sauce – 3 tbsp.
Honey liquid – 1,5 tbsp.
Chili sauce is sweet – 1 tbsp.
Mirin or rice vinegar – 1 tbsp.
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
Garlic – 3 cloves
Coriander – 0.25 tsp.
Paprika – 0.25 tsp.
Basic:
Pike perch – 450 g
Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp.
Breaded breadcrumbs – 3 items of l.
Salt – to taste

I’m not a fan of river fish, from the word “absolutely”. But I can try white fish – pike perch or pike. They have a very mild and neutral taste and no bones at all.
Today I want to offer a simple and at the same time an unusual fish recipe under a spicy honey-soy sauce. This fish is very much to my liking.
In this sauce the fish marinate, and it is served as the final chord for the already prepared dish. Suitable for those who love sharp little. Highly recommend!
To prepare fillet of pike perch with marinated sauce we take the following products.
Let’s prepare a marinade for the fish, in which the pike-perch will marinate. This will be the sauce, which is watered already ready dish. To do this, mix all the listed components. Stir well.
At the end, squeeze out the garlic, grind everything. For this sauce it is very convenient to use garlic powder, then the sauce turns out to be a smoother consistency. And in this case, pieces of garlic can be removed when serving. Focus on your taste and add something that you lack in taste. The sauce is sweetish-sourish, sharpened, honey.
Cut the fish into pieces. Salt and lightly sprinkle with lemon juice.
Then grease each piece of marinade and leave to stand for 30 minutes. Leave a portion of the sauce for serving.
After half an hour, roll the pieces of fish in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil until crisp.
Ready fish put on the dish.
For filing pike perch fillet under marinated sauce, rice is the best. Lay the pieces of fish on boiled rice and pour the remaining sauce.
