Especially quickly you can cook in the microwave potatoes in a uniform – this will take you only 10-15 minutes and a few ordinary ingredients that can be easily found in any kitchen. I cooked young medium-sized potatoes in the microwave oven, I spent exactly 12 minutes cooking it at a power of 700 kW. If you have a more powerful microwave oven, then reduce the time you create the dish, and vice versa.
Water pour in so much that there is room for one finger to the brim of the container, otherwise there is an option that it will splinter over the edges when boiling. Remember that after 5 minutes of cooking each potato should be pierced with a knife, so that it is ready faster!
Rinse the potato tubers in water with a hard sponge, removing all the dirt. Place them in a glass or porcelain container, pour in salt and laurel leaves. If desired, you can add a few spices or herbs.
Pour in water, leaving some space to the edge of the mold.
Cover the container with a lid or plate without a pattern and place in a microwave oven, turning it on for 5-6 minutes.
Then remove the container and stab each tuber in the middle. Put the potatoes in the uniform again in the microwave and bring the required amount of time to the ready.
Potatoes should become crumbly and soft. Pierce him with a knife, making sure of it. Extract the form and place the boiled tubers on a plate, peel and serve to a table with melted butter.
You can sprinkle potatoes with chopped herbs of dill.
