Meat and potatoes are pre-fried in a frying pan, and then poured with cream and brought to the preparedness in the oven. The dish is perfect for breakfast, as well as for a festive table. It is good to serve fresh vegetables or salad. Thanks to the addition of turmeric and paprika to the potatoes, the dish turns out to be very fragrant, and the potato is a beautiful golden color.
To cook pork with potatoes we need the following products: pork, potatoes, onions, wheat flour, paprika, turmeric, ground pepper, salt, sunflower oil and cream.
Pork cut into small, salt and pepper.
Roll the meat in flour and fry it in sunflower oil to a crusty crust.
Peel potatoes and cut into large slices. Sprinkle with paprika and turmeric, stir.
Potatoes also lightly fry in hot oil.
In the baking dish put the meat, put the potatoes on top and salt. Chop large onions and randomly arrange it between potatoes.
Pour the potatoes with the cream meat. Cream will suit any liquid.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Ready ruddy potatoes with meat can be served immediately.
