Cutlets before the hot crumble from all sides in flour. The frying pan must be preheated and greased with plenty of oil. Herring cutlets have a very delicate “texture”, so they will have to tinker with quite a bit. This point should not scare. Due to the tenderness of minced meat, the cutlet on the output turns out to be stunned.
Cutlets are laid out in a frying pan, but the lid is not closed.
After 5 minutes, turn over and roast on a good fire for 2 more minutes. After that, the lid of the frying pan is closed for 15-20 minutes, and the fire diminishes.
