Delicious chopped patties from chicken fillet with mushrooms. With white bread and basil.

Ingredients

Fillet of chicken breast – 800 g

Onion – 1 pc.

Mushrooms noble – 150 g

Eggs of chicken – 2 pcs.

Basil – a small bundle

Bread white – 2 slices

Milk – 50 ml

Vegetable oil

Salt – 2 tsp.

Black ground pepper – to taste

Who said that it is difficult to cook anything from a chicken breast fillet? – this recipe is an extra proof of the opposite. Chopped meatballs are prepared from scanty pieces of meat with the addition of seasonings and various fillings, in my case, frozen snacks and white, harvested in this season were used.

A filet of chicken breasts without bones should be washed in cool water.

Finely chop the chicken with a sharp knife, as well as you cut the vegetables, first across, and then along.

Grind the onion head.

Wash the mushrooms in a fine sieve, then grind.

In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the onion, stirring, 3-5 minutes on high heat.

Add mushrooms, reduce heat. Fry occasionally stirring, 5 minutes.

From the bread break off the pulp, moisten, squeeze and put in the bowl blender. Add the basil leaves, grind everything.

Shred chicken fillet in a deep dish. Add the fried mushrooms with onions and the contents of the blender bowl. In addition, put: 2 chicken eggs, 2 teaspoons of salt without a slide, black ground pepper to taste.

Mixing the ingredients well in the dish will not get too thick stuffing.

In a large frying pan, heat 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Put it on the ground with a regular tablespoon. Spread more than 1 tablespoon per 1 cutlet is not recommended, otherwise they can fall apart when turning. Fry the cutlets on the 1 st side, 5 minutes on a moderate fire.

Then turn the cutlets, cover and cook for another 5 minutes. The remained forcemeat can be cleaned in a refrigerator and stored no more than 3-4 days.
