Curd cakes I have already baked a lot of different, with different fillers. Manna cupcakes have also been tested by me many times, but I caught myself thinking that I did not bake cupcakes, which would combine cottage cheese and a manga together. And maybe even baked once, but I forgot, so much I cooked these cupcakes, do not count! In general, I decided to try and picked up the right composition, and also withdrew my proportions. The result was very pleased, the cupcakes turned out to be very soft and gentle – a complete pleasure! I am pleased to share with you my result.
To prepare the curd cakes with a manga, prepare the necessary products from the list.
In a bowl, place cottage cheese, add sugar and vanillin to it.
Stir the curd with a fork, stirring with sugar and vanilla, then break into a mixture of eggs.
Using a submerged blender, the mass is well shaken.
Then add the sour cream and the cooled butter melted.
Add the semolina and baking powder to the mixture, mix and leave for 15 minutes.
The dough will be of medium density, poured.
Pour the dough into mousse molds. I really like to bake in silicone molds, never stick to anything and the muffins just jump out of them. You can fill up almost to the top, since the cupcakes in the oven will not grow much.
Oven to warm up to 180 degrees and bake cakes for 30-35 minutes. Check the readiness of curd cakes with a dry toothpick toothpick, there should be no traces left on it.
Sprinkle muffins with powdered sugar and you can immediately serve for tea. Fluffy and fragrant cupcakes turned out! I am delighted!
