Prepare all the ingredients for the cupcake.
Lemon wash, rub 1 teaspoon of zest, you can and more, given your taste, squeeze a little lemon juice.
Beat the egg and sugar with a mixer until lush foam, whisk for 5-7 minutes.
Add kefir, vegetable oil, pinch of salt and lemon zest to the egg mixture, mix well or whisk the resulting mass with a mixer.
Sift flour and add baking powder to the mixture, mix quickly. The consistency of the dough should resemble sour cream.
Cut apples into small cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice and add cinnamon to the dough, mix.
Pour the dough into a mold and bake a cupcake on kefir with apples in a preheated oven at 190-200 degrees for 40 minutes, taking into account the peculiarities of its oven.
Check the cake for dryness. If the cupcake is ready, turn off the oven and let it stand in the oven for 15 minutes, then put it on the grate.
