To prepare a cake with dates and nuts, prepare the necessary products.
Finish the dates in advance, dry and cut into medium pieces. If dates are hard, soak them in hot water, then rinse and dry. Nuts dry in the oven or in a frying pan and chop with a knife.
In the first container, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanillin.
In the second container we mix eggs, honey, vegetable oil and sugar.
Combine dry ingredients with liquid.
Add nuts and dates, stir well. The dough turns out very thick.
The form for baking is covered with parchment, we spread the dough, the top is leveled. Bake in warmed to 170 degrees oven approximately 40-50 minutes (orientate on your oven), to dry skewers. The form for baking is 28×10 cm in size, but it turned out to be great for this cake. It is preferable to take a smaller form.
The prepared cupcake is cooled, taken out of the mold and sprinkled with powdered sugar or poured with melted chocolate and sprinkled with chopped nuts.
