In this recipe we will prepare snack muffins with chicken and cheese. The idea of this recipe is taken from a booklet brought from Italy.
Chicken fillet – 200 g
Olives – 10 pcs.
Green onions – 1 pc.
Cheese hard – 80 g
Olive oil – 100 ml
Milk – 100 ml
Wheat Flour – 250 g
Eggs of chicken – 3 pcs.
Baking Powder – 11 g
Salt sea – pinch
Pepper – taste
Oregano – 0.5 tsp.

For the first time, I tried to cook muffin snacks about six years ago, when my friend brought booklets with recipes from Italy. In one of them I found the basic recipe for a test for muffin snacks, which I liked very much, but the stuffing can be any. Today we will cook chicken muffins with cheese. They are prepared very simply and quickly, and their taste and appearance will please you and your loved ones.
For the preparation of chicken muffins with cheese we will need products on the list.
Chicken fillet wash under running water, boil in slightly salted and peppered water for 10 minutes. Cool, chop.
Eggs, milk and olive oil whisk in a deep dish.
Add the flour with the baking powder, stir.
Finely chop the olives, chicken breast, green onion, grate cheese, add to the dough. Oregano, a pinch of salt and pepper is also added to the dough. It’s good to mix everything.
In the molds for muffins lay out 1 tbsp. with a roll of dough. Bake chicken muffins with cheese at 180 degrees 30 minutes without convection.
Finished muffins cool, serve with coffee or tea.
Or with your favorite sauce.
