The variant of preparation of a bright-looking and tasteful cupcake from a carrot dough in a multivark that has “baking”, “baking” and the like modes.
Flour – 1.5 cups / 200 g

Many of their friends have long been associated with carrot cakes (cakes, muffins, cookies, etc., in the oven, in the microwave, in the multivark). For example, I like a simple carrot cake in a multivark with a lemon flavor. For flavor in the dough is added lemon peel, lemon liqueur, lemon syrup or all this together.

Pour the cake dough into a greased form or into a greased cup of the multivark.
For baking, use the “bake 1 hour”, “casserole / baking 1 hour” mode or set the temperature to 120-140 degrees and the time 1 hour using the “multi- cook” function.
After the signal, the carrot cake cooked in the multivarker is removed from the bowl, cool and serve. By the way, such cake is quite suitable as a basis for a cake, for example, with sour cream.
