Of course, it will turn out much tastier and more useful than the purchased one, because apart from apples we will not use anything. Sugar add only if you have apples – sour. At me – a grade “Gala”, apples juicy and sweet, I did not add sugar.
Apples washed, cut into quarters, remove the seed box. I do not have a very strong juicer, so I cut every part.
Let’s skip the apple slices through the juicer, you can two times. The juice turned out to be 800 ml.
We do not throw out the squeezes.
Put them in the pan (do not use aluminum) Fill the two glasses of water, put on fire.
We bring the mass to a boil, stirring, so as not to burn. Then we will squeeze through a sieve. I got 700 ml of mashed potatoes.
Puree and juice we put in a pan, heat, but do not boil! Be sure to remove the foam.
In winter, the juice from apple with pulp expand as a pre-roasted over the steam cans, dry and hot. Tightly twist, inverted and wrapped until cooled.
Apple juice with pulp for the winter is ready! I got 1.3 liters of juice and another glass for testing. Magnificent juice turned out, just do not tear yourself away, thick, fragrant.
