Children’s cottage cheese casserole in a multivariate
A simple recipe for children’s curd casserole with raisins and mango. Cooking in a multivark.
Cottage cheese – 600 g
Sour cream – 5 tablespoons.
Manka – 3 tablespoons
Sugar – 3-4 tablespoons. (or to taste)
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Raisins – 200 g
Vanillin – to taste
Salt – pinch
Butter – for lubricating the mold

A gentle curd casserole is easy to prepare in a multivark. In this recipe, the casserole is prepared with raisins, but you can add dried apricots or candied fruit to your taste.
Prepare the necessary products.
Raisins wash and pour boiling water. Leave the raisins to steam for 30 minutes.
Munch the mixture with sour cream and leave to swell also for 30 minutes.
Cottage cheese rub through a sieve.
Separate yolks from proteins. Separately whisk the yolks with sugar.
Separately whip the squirrels.
Mix cottage cheese, sour cream with mango, vanillin, pinch of salt and yolks. Stir well. Add the proteins and mix the movements from bottom to top very carefully.
Drain the water from the raisins and dry it. Add the raisins to the dough. Lubricate the cup of the multivark oil and sprinkle with a mango. Transfer the dough into the bowl of the multivarquet and close the lid.
Turn on the “Bake” program. In the Yummy multivark, this program defaults to 150 degrees and bake for 50 minutes.
After 50 minutes, the casserole will be ready. But in order for it to get easily and not spread it should be allowed to cool slightly. After about 10-15 minutes you can get the casserole.
Very delicate and delicious cottage cheese casserole in the multivarquet is ready. Serve the casserole with jam, jam, fruits and berries.
