Then a layer of minced meat from chicken fillet, it should also be salt and pepper to taste.
Lay out the remaining buckwheat, spread out with a spoon or a kitchen spatula.
In a deep bowl, mix sour cream and cream, add eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour out the resulting pouring on the casserole. To the casserole soaked in the filling to the bottom, it should be stabbed in several places with a knife with a thin blade. To prepare a baked pudding from buckwheat with minced meat in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, in the mode of upper and lower heating 40 minutes.
Ready to serve the casserole immediately, cutting it into portions. With lightly salted cucumbers – just a bomb!
