It would seem that carrots are the simplest and most common vegetable on our table. But how many dishes can be cooked with it! Carrots are good for meat, fish, desserts and salads. And you can prepare carrots for the winter.
Today I suggest you try out a wonderful recipe – marinated carrots for the winter without sterilization. Carrots are juicy, crunchy and spicy. Suitable and as a snack, and as a side dish to the main course, and as a salad.
For the preparation we need: carrots, garlic, hot pepper, spices and marinade.
Carrots will be washed and cleaned. But how to cut carrots – it’s your choice. You can cut thin long blocks.
And you can – thin circles.
Young carrots can be marinated and whole, but alas, now is not the season. The smaller and thinner you cut the carrots – the faster it will miss.
In the cans roasted over the steam (hot and dry), we put the garlic cut into plastics, ringlets of hot pepper, bay leaves, as well as cloves, black and fragrant peppers.
We put in the cans brusochki and ringlets of carrots.
And for fast marinating carrots it can be cut into thin petals with the help of vegetable peelings.
In each jar we will add an umbrella of dill, we will fill carrots in banks with boiled water, we will take 10 minutes. Pour the water into a saucepan, add salt and sugar, boil the marinade, add the vinegar. We will fill the marinade with carrots in jars, tightly close the lids, turn them over and let it cool down under a warm blanket. Carrots, marinated for the winter without sterilization, ready. Jars, in which carrots are cut with small blocks or rings, should be opened no earlier than 2-3 weeks.
But carrots, cut with “petals” with the help of vegetable peelings, you can try the next day. Crispy, spicy, very tasty carrot is ready!

Ingredients
Carrots – 1 kg
Pepper spicy – 1-2 pcs.
Garlic – 3-4 cloves
Pepper black peas -10 pcs.
Pepper fragrant peas – 5 pcs.
Carnation – 5 pcs.
Laurel leaf – 1 piece per can.
Dill (umbrellas) – 1 pc. to the bank
Marinade (per 1 liter of water):
Sol-2 tbsp.
Sugar – 3 items of l.
Vinegar (9%) – 4 tbsp.
