Brownie with pumpkin, wonderful pastries for every day or dessert for evening tea drinking. It is especially important in the pumpkin season.
Butter – 100 g
Chocolate black – 100 g
Wheat Flour – 230 g
Baking Powder – 10 g
Pepper ground chili – 1/4 tsp.
Sugar – 1 glass
Vanilla sugar – 1 packet
Cinnamon – 1 tsp.
Eggs – 3 pieces.
Pumpkin puree – 1 glass
Vegetable oil – 30 ml.

Today again, pumpkin, but in a chic combination with chocolate and hot chili, it’s something! I highly recommend this chocolate brownie. The dessert turns out delicious, moderately moist, with an interesting sharp note, the pumpkin is not felt at all.
For the preparation we need black bitter chocolate, pumpkin puree, butter and vegetable oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, eggs, spicy ground chili pepper (do not worry, it will not be acutely!), Salt, baking powder, flour.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Remove from the plate and add a soft butter and mix until smooth.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder, hot chili pepper.
Separately beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Mix the beaten eggs, dry ingredients and chocolate-oil paste.
Pour in the vegetable oil, add pumpkin puree and cinnamon.
Stir until uniform and pour the mass into a mold. Bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees, min 40-45 (until dry match).
Brownie and pumpkin are ready! Before serving, cool completely.
Cut into squares.
And serve with coffee or other drinks to taste.
