Water (or soda) – 1 glass

Vegetable oil – 1 glass

Flour – 4-4,5 cups

Apple vinegar – 1 tbsp. l.

Apples – 4-5 pieces.

Sugar – 0,5-1 glass

Lemon peel – to taste

Cinnamon to taste

Cooking process

I suggest a simple and delicious version of the vertuta with apples. Sugar, lemon zest and cinnamon add to your taste and depending on the kind of apples. For the test, I liked using carbonated mineral water. Vertuta fry in a pan or bake in the oven.

Prepare water, vegetable oil without a smell, flour, apples, sugar, apple cider vinegar, lemon and cinnamon.

Combine water, vegetable oil and vinegar and add this mass to the flour, mix and knead the dough.

The dough will turn out magnificent and elastic.

For the filling, grate or finely chop, add sugar, cinnamon and zest and mix.

Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll each as thin as possible. Half the dough put the filling, and the second half, oil vegetable oil.

Roll into a roll and then into the “snail”.

Fry in a frying pan on both sides or bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Puncturing is not necessary …
