A very hearty and tasty jelly pie with sausage and cheese – a classic, which can not be discarded!
Egg of chicken – 3 pcs.
Sour cream – 300 g
Baking Powder – 1 tsp.
Flour – 1 glass (160 g)
Salt – to taste
Pepper black ground – to taste
Sausage – 300 g
Cheese – 100-150 g
Dill – 0.5-1 bunch (to taste)

The jellied pie with sausage and cheese is an incredibly tasty and unpretentious dish that can be cooked in a few minutes. With the filling of this pie, you can endlessly experiment, but the combination of mouth-watering sausage slices, fresh greens and melted cheese is a classic, in front of the flavor and taste of which it is impossible to resist. Try it!
Prepare the ingredients in the list.
Form the baking sheet with baking paper and grease with vegetable oil. I use a 24 cm split form.
Prepare the filling. Cut small pieces of sausage and greens. Scrub the cheese.
To the prepared ingredients, add 1-2 pinch of salt and ground black pepper. Mix everything well.
In a separate container, combine the eggs and sour cream and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Add to the mixture a little salt, ground black pepper and sifted with a baking powder. Mix everything well.
Pour into the baking dish about half the dough.
Add the prepared stuffing.
Pour the remaining dough into the mold and gently smooth it so that the filling is completely covered in the dough. If desired, sprinkle dough 1-2 with a pinch of sesame seeds.
Place the prepared pie with sausage cheese in the oven, heated to 200 degrees, and bake until golden brown. My process usually takes 30-35 minutes.
Readiness is verified by piercing the cake with a wooden skewer. If the skewer leaves dry, without dough pieces – the cake is ready. Slightly cool the cake, then remove it from the mold and serve it to the table.
