I want to share a simple, but at the same time, delicious pie recipe with meat and cheese. It is prepared very simply, but the result is gorgeous – a gentle and airy dough with a flavorful flavor and hearty meat filling. The cake can be served on the table in a warm form, while the cheese, which is the filling, will give its zest. You can give the pie completely cool, cut into thin slices and serve as sandwiches on the table. And the first and second option is a win-win – the pie disappears instantly from the table.
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Beef wash, peel off the films, pour water and put on fire. At the boiling point, reduce the fire to a minimum, remove the noise, add salt and continue cooking until ready.
Then take out the meat and cool it. The broth can be filtered and used in another dish.
In a deep bowl, pour in kefir at room temperature. Add eggs, a little crack and sprinkle yeast. Then add 2-3 tablespoons. sifted flour, stir again, cover with a napkin and leave for 15-20 minutes in a warm place.
Opara should be an air foam. If this does not happen, then kefir is not warm enough and you need to wait another time or the yeast is bad. Then pour in salt and Provence herbs into the prepared spoon.

Slightly stir and begin to inject flour. It must be necessarily warm and twice sifted. Introduce it in small pieces, each time carefully mixing the dough.
When it completely absorbs all the flour, add to it a spoonful of olive or sunflower oil and continue to knead the dough carefully for 5-7 minutes. The dough should become soft, gentle, not sticking to the hands.
Return the dough to a deep bowl, cover with a napkin and leave in a warm place for the approach. When it increases twofold, again it is well to change and divide into unequal 2 parts.
One of them, which is bigger, roll out with a rolling pin and put it in a baking dish, stretching out a little and smoothing the edges of the hands. Cover with a napkin and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.
At this point, prepare the filling: chilled beef cut into thin slices or straws.

Lay the meat over the dough.
Sprinkle with cheese on top.
Top the second part of the rolled dough. Pressing your fingers, connect the edges. Cover again with a napkin and leave for 15-20 minutes to make the dough come up.
Then send it to the oven. Bake a pie with meat and cheese at a temperature of 180 degrees 30-35 minutes.
Soft, airy and gentle pie is ready, it remains only to cut and serve.
