Vegetable oil – 70 ml

Flour – 1,5 cups

Salt – 1 tsp.

Soda – 1 tsp.

Canned fish (natural saury) – 250 g

Onions – 1 pc.

Today I want to offer you a recipe for a quick pouring fish pie on kefir, with canned saury. Baking turns out to be rather magnificent, and the filling is fragrant enough. I used canned preserves without oil – natural saury, although with butter it is also possible.

Prepare the dough: just mix all the products for the dough, from the list of ingredients, into a homogeneous mass.

Canned saury with a fork, for juiciness we add a little liquid from the can, we do not need to separate the bones from the fish, they are very soft in canned food and are not felt. We mix onions and fish.
