Onions – 1 pc.
Carrots – 0.5 pcs.

Water – 800 ml

Stuffing can be taken and chicken, and turkey, and beef, but most of all I prefer to use forcemeat pork. You can cook buckwheat with minced meat in a frying pan, in a saucepan, in a cauldron, pan or multivark. Prepare buckwheat, pork forcemeat, onions, carrots, vegetable oil, water, salt, butter. Cut the onions (cubes) and grate the carrots (small grater). Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil in a saucepan with thick walls and a bottom or in a saucepan (well, or in a cauliflower).
To the fried onions with carrots add the pork minced and fry all together until the mincemeat changes color from red to gray. Stuffing can be fried and a little more if you are cooking a dish in a large frying pan. Salt everything to taste. If desired, you can also add ground pepper, I did not use.
Rinse the buckwheat.
Transfer the buckwheat to the stuffing.
Pour boiling water and put the dishes on the stove. When the water boils, try to salt and, if necessary, saline.
Close the lid and simmer over low heat until all the water has disappeared and the buckwheat is ready. In the prepared buckwheat, add a piece of butter and mix.
Delicious buckwheat with minced meat is ready – a dish can be served;)
