Lay out the biscuit pieces in a parchment-covered form.
Bake cookies for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
Get the cookies out of the oven and cool completely.
Prepare ingredients for making glaze: protein and powdered sugar.
Protein pour into a deep container and start whipping at a low speed mixer. When the mass increases by 3-4 times and turns into a lush foam, without stopping the work of the mixer, pour in powdered sugar. Continue to beat until smooth.
Then put the icing in the confectioner’s bag and draw a “hat” kulichiku. Immediately decorate the patisserie with powder.
