A simple recipe for cookies made from corn flour, kefir and butter is perfect for evening tea drinking.
Corn meal – 400 g
Sugar – 150 g
Butter – 200 g
Kefir – 60 ml

In this recipe you will get a very pleasant crumbly corn biscuit, straight sand, the most real! Slightly dry, but tasty! Buy flour, grind, kefir can be taken any fat. Go?
For domestic corn biscuits, we prepare: corn flour, sugar, butter, kefir.
Put soft butter in a bowl, mash with a spoon. Leave it for a while, the oil should be perfectly soft.
In the cream by the consistency of the oil, put sugar and mash.
You can add a little salt and vanilla sugar.
Pour kefir in parts, mix.
Corn meal is combined with soda, you can sift, or you can add it gradually to the dough.
Knead in the end dough hands, after all the flour is added. For half an hour put the dough in the refrigerator.
Then everything as usual – roll out (the height should be about half a centimeter), cut out with a knife, a figured knife or molds cookies and put on a baking tray.
We put the corn biscuit into the oven, already heated to 180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes.
Before serving, the ready-made corn biscuits should be removed from the baking sheet and cooled.
