Today I want to share with you a recipe for a spectacular and easy-to-prepare homemade cookie on kefir without eggs. Cooked with the addition of spicy spices and apple, covered with the finest caramel crust, this cookie turns out to be incredibly fragrant and very seductive both in taste and appearance. Try it!
Prepare the ingredients in the list.
Sift the wheat flour. Add softened butter. Mix the ingredients by rubbing the oil with your fingertips until a homogeneous, crumbly mixture is obtained.
Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt and 1 tsp. ground ginger.
In a separate container, combine kefir, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 0.5 teaspoons of soda.
Stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves and add to the dry ingredients.
If desired, grate and add the apple to the prepared mixture.
Thoroughly mix everything, dab the mixture and, pouring flour if necessary, form a ball of soft dough. Divide the dough into 2-4 parts.
Thinly roll the first part of the dough, if necessary, pouring the flour.
Mellow the surface of the dough with melted butter.
Mix 1 tablespoon. sugar and 1 tsp. ground cinnamon. Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon dough surface.
Fold the dough into a roll and repeat the procedure with the remaining dough. The resulting biscuit pieces are placed in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
And then cut into pieces about 1 cm wide.
Put the resulting biscuits on a sheet of baking paper. If necessary, pre-grease the paper with vegetable oil.
Lubricate the surface of the pastry with melted butter and lightly sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Place the biscuits in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Then shift the cookies to a plate, cover with a towel and cool.
