Biscuits with buckwheat

I propose to cook incredibly delicious cookies with buckwheat. Buckwheat pastry is not cooked as often as usual. When you try this cookie, baking from buckwheat will be a frequent guest on your table.
For cooking cookies with buckwheat, take the following foods.
First, prepare all the ingredients. Put the butter in a heat-resistant deep container and melt in a microwave, cool a little.
Buckwheat first rinse well and dry at room temperature. It should not be wet. Grind with a grinder to the state of flour. Or take ready-made buckwheat flour.
Chop the chocolate into small slices. You can use any chocolate, at your discretion.
In a bowl, sift buckwheat and wheat flour. Add the baking powder and cinnamon. Stir to allow all ingredients to mix well.
In a deep bowl, whisk a chicken egg with granulated sugar until fluffy.
Pour the melted butter. Stir.
Add the flour mixture in small portions. Continue to mix the whisk. As soon as the dough thickens, continue to knead with a spoon.
Add the pieces of chocolate and mix it into the dough.
The finished dough turned out rather thick. Hands form small balls, flatten them and lay them on a baking sheet with parchment. Transfer to the oven for 15-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
