Cooking process
For filing a snack with tea, milk or a cup of fragrant coffee, I suggest baking bagels on margarine that melt in the mouth. At any stuffing (jam, chocolate, marmalade, dried fruits, nuts) the flour shell is scattered with small crumbs, impregnated with a gentle creamy smell and does not harden. The secret of this texture is in vinegar / lemon juice soda and the sequence of the food stuffing.
Prepare the ingredients on the list: wheat flour, soda, vinegar, margarine, sour cream of any fat content, sugar, plum jam and dried apricots.
Margarine is heated and cooled for 3-4 minutes, mixed with sour cream and immediately add a foam composition (extinguished with vinegar or lemon juice soda). Fast mixing.

For convenient molding, we divide a large block into six equal parts. Each roll out a round cake with a diameter of about 20 cm. Cut into eight segments, using a knife through the center of the circle. On the side of the triangle’s base lay out the filling, turn off, moving to the sharp corner. As a result – 48 bagels-half-finished products.
Dipped in sugar and transferred to a baking sheet covered with parchment. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
